Cargo considered OOG are:

• cargo which extends beyond your standard equipment (ie. container, flat rack, etc ..)
  example: machinery or press with dimensions of 11' L x 9'W x 14' H
• RoRo - roll on roll off used for self propelled and non self propelled cargo
  example: bus, tractor, boats 
• Break Bulk cargo is cargo which is typically too heavy or too large in size to fit in containers or other standard equipment
  example: steel beams or sections of large infrastructure, extra large crates containing environmental rooms for testing purposes
